The international and for everybody known how spanish speciality is the PAELLA the most famous meal made of rice, vegetables and meat.For drinking the not less famous SANGRIA...u many others specialities depending in which area of Spain u are, but here are some examples: in VALENCIA: Paella, Turrones de Xixona, valencian Oranges, Horchata (a typical drink made of Chufa), Agua de Valencia (a bit alcoholic drink) in CALATONIA: pa amb tumaca (bread with tomato), munjetes (beans), butifarra (blood puding), crema catalana (sweet desert) in MADRID: cocido madrilenyo (boiled meat & vegetables) in ANDALUCIA: gazpacho andaluz (cold soup), pescaito (small fried fishes), Sherry (Jerez's wine) in GALICIA: marisco (shellfish), Ribeiro (white wine) in PAMPLONA: Pacharan (alcoholic drink) in CUENCA: gazpacho manchego, Resoli (very sweet & alcoholic drink) in ASTURIAS: fabada asturiana (stew made of pork and beans), sidra (bit alcoholic drink made of apple)
