Since 1 january 2007 the EU citizens dont need visa to enter in Moldova, also dont need visa citizens of Canada, Japan, Iceland, Norway, Swiss Confederation, USA. They could stay without visa in Moldova up to 90 days. More info on http://www.mfa.gov.md/consular-information/

In Chisinau there are (among others) Embassies of follwing states:
Bulgaria (Str 31 August); China; France and Ukraine (Str Sfatul Tarii); Germany (Str Maria Cibotari); Hungary and Russia (Bld Stefan cel Mare); Romania (Str Bucuresti); Turkey and USA (Str Anton Mateevici)
