United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela
may cross the border of Republic of Latvia producing valid travel documents - passports or identity cards
and can stay in Latvia for up to 90 days during a six-month period.
Citizens of EU and EEZ states can stay in Latvia for a period exceeding 90 days during a six-month period
provided they have registered with the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs
and received a residence permit. Otherwise they risk the threat of becoming persona non grata.
