As of January 2010, the government of Montenegro/ Rep. of/ only recognizes biometric passports issued to nationals of Montenegro. All non-biometric passports, even though they may have an expiry date of after 1 January 2010 have been invalidated are no longer considered a valid travel document.
Admissions and transit restrictions
The government of Congo/Kinshasa/ only recognizes OB, DB, and SB series passports issued to nationals of Congo.
All non-B series passports, even though they may have an expiry date of after 1 January 2010 are no longer considered a valid travel document.

Passport is not required of US military personnel and civilians, provided holding a military ID card together with movement/travel orders.
Additional Information
Entry into Ethiopia only through Addis Ababa International Airport.
Deviations possible provided special permission in addition to a visa –has been obtained from the government.

Visa Exemptions:
Nationals of Ethiopia.
Nationals of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Nationals of Djibouti for maximum stay of three months.

Not applicable for nationals of Eritrea, who need a visa at all times.
Holders of a residence permit issued by Ethiopia to alien residents.
Holders of a Laissez-Passer issued by an African Union state, provided attending meeting, seminars or workshops organized by the AU or for other official duties of the AU.
Transit without a visa
Those continuing their journey to a third country within 12 hours, provided holding confirmed onward tickets and not leaving the airport
Merchant seamen
Merchant seamen arriving by air to board a ship or if arriving by ship in order to board an aircraft must travel on duty and hold a letter of guarantee from the shipping company. Visa is not required for merchant seamen if their nationality is mentioned under visa exemptions applicable to normal passport holders. Visa is also not required for merchant seamen when arriving by air in order to board a ship or arriving by a ship in order to board an aircraft, if the procedure has been completely arranged by the shipping company.
