Unfortunately the cities in Andorra, especially the capital are not very beautiful... They have the potential - great mountains and some charming old churches, but apart from that, it's just a great shop with cheap alcohol and cigarettes... So, if you look for some sightseeing and getting to know the culture of the country, then maybe it's better to stay outside the cities... (haven't tried, but seems possible) But if you enjoy drinking and smoking, then Andorra is a perfect place! It is reeeeeally cheap!!!
