The best part of Italian monument are sheduled by Uesco and exist a good part of them are totally unknown by mass tourism.
Inside Italy you can found two little country city Vatican, inside Rome city and San Marino near Marche and Emilia Romagna county. This is a little list:

The website is both in Italian and English. To see the price of the ticket click on the "buy" icon. I suggest not to buy via internet, since the service is quite crappy, as usual with Italian trains! ;-)

Bars, Cafes, Discos, Cinemas... Rome is a huge city and it's full of pubs, discos and whatever you need to enjoy yourselves. It won't be easy to find and decide what to pick during a short vacation.
