Nearby public transport: Municipal Bus & Taxi. Mexico has a great long distance bus system. Some cross the US border to & from Texas Cities. 
Nearby bigger cities, distance: Saltillo, 10 minutes down the mountain or 10 minutes from Ramos Arizpe International Airport, is a city of about 700,000 population. Monterrey, Mexico a city of about 7 million population. About a 1-hour drive through large mountins to the International Airport.

Profile Summary: Retired 65 y/o Merchant Marine Engineer. Originally from the French area of South Louisiana USA near the Gulf of Mexico. I recently retired to Arteaga/Saltillo from the Fort Worth & Dallas Texas Metropolitan Area. I still consider myself a tourist in Mexico. The "Dormitory style" floor plan of my apartment offers no privacy in the community bedroom. The bathroom offers privacy for changing clothes, showering Etc..
