Introduction
Saskatchewan - The Land of Living Skies
is a large province in Canada, extending from the USA border up to the Northwest Territories. This means lots of space and not all of it is cover with flat wheat/grain fields. There are many lakes and rivers as well as the Cypress Hills. Summer time has great potential for biking and camping, where as the winter gives you snow with skiing and skating.
Saskatchewan has 2 cities.
Saskatoon in the central part of the province is situated on the Saskatchewan River. Home of the University of Saskatchewan, the Fringe Festival and over 200,000 freindly people.
Regina is in the southern part of the province and the capital city. Home of the University of Regina, Wascana Lake and Park, the Saskatchewan Science Center, the RCMP Museum, the Royal Museum of Natural Histroy and about 200,000 freindly people.
Come and find out how friendly Saskatchewan people are!
