Introduction
They say Ternopil oblast (region) has the largest amount of castles and churches among other regions. Most of fortresses are ruined but still beautiful.
Also we have several waterfalls.
There are a lot of caves in the region. Otimistichna cave is second long in the world! It's closed for tourists but other smaller but still nice caves are open (Mlinky, Verteba, Krystalychna, Atlantyda).

Dniester river is convenient for calm rafting and canueing.
Nearby Carpathians are interesting for hiking, cycling, skiing. There are a lot of white water on Cheremosh river for adrenalin rafting in May.
