Harghita actually it`s a county,as you know everywhere in the world a country it`s divided into states or lands,regions,counties etc.so in Romania there are 42 counties.Harghita it`s sorrounded by Mures county on the West,Suceava county on the North,Neamt county on the North East,Bacau county on the East,Covasna county on the South east and Brasov county on the South.More info about this beautiful region you`ll find on my site amo
