Top Things to See and Do
Visit the imposing cathedral St. Mary and the church St. Severi both on the top of the cathedral hill directly in the city's centre; the "Krämerbrücke", the longest bridge north of the Alps completely built on with houses; Martin Luther's former workplace, the "Augustinerkloster"; the amazing flower exposition; the huge citadel "Petersberg"; the neat houses and lanes of the city centre; the many churches; etc.

Nearby cities/suburbs: Weimar is half an hour away, Eisenach (with the "Wartburg") and Jena about one hour
