Introduction
Grimbergen, sometimes called 'Pearl of Brabant' is a pleasant, quiet town very close to Brussel (10 km) yet still remarkably untouched by the ever expanding capital.
Lots of things to do during the day, but rather dead at night. Thanks to a good bus service it should be no problem to visit Brussels for some more extravagant partying.
Top Things to See and Do
Norbertine Abbey, a baroque basilica, Three beautiful old watermills, great walking trips (4, 8 or 24 km), excellent astronomical observatory called "MIRA".
