Hi Fatima,
you may be lucky and get some info from folks who LIVE in the areas you plan to
visit. So you should try to find local members there and ask them. Perhaps
folklore departments of universities can be helpful, or local religious
institutions.
Good luck!

Hello everyone,

My name is Fatima, I’m anthropologist from Russia. I’m looking for
opportunities to visite a traditional wedding in countryside in Albania or
Serbia for my research about local customs. I will be in the Balcans in July
with my friend Maria.
I would appreciate for any information about this.

On March 20, 2019 this festival is celebrated - in many countries all over the
world. You can check whether your country and/or locale are represented at their
website of the same name.
In Philadelphia, PA, USA the Patchwork Storytelling Guild is sponsoring an
evening of stories for adults. You may contact me for details!
Ray Tackett, my husband, is one of the seven tellers...

It's that time of year again! It seems that storytelling has gained many
interested attenders and tellers in the past years. So - google TELLEBRATION and
see what's coming up in your area of the world! And if you have specifics,
please let us know them!

That was a year ago....
In the meantime we celebrated another 'Telebration' - in Philadelphia, in lots
of other cities and towns in the USA, and at least in Germany as well. THERE
MUST BE MORE events like this! If you know of any (or have links to any of
them), please tell us! Travellers usually have a full bag of interesting stories
to tell...

Hi everybody,
I'm a father of two children of 15y old (boy and girl) and I would love to host
them for a week in the UK in a family with children of the same age and the same
interests. They are both open-minded, speak already some English, adore all kind
of sports and are used to travel frequently. In exchange we could also host the
UK-children in our place at another moment. We live in Belgium, Bruges and speak
Dutch and French at home. My wife is French. Can I use the Hospitality Club to
find a nice family ?
Thanks for your reply.

Travellers usually are good story tellers as well! And we know that stories are
not just for kids... Why don't you google "Tellabration" - there may be an event
in your very own village, town, country. On the Saturday before the Thanksgiving
Weekend in the USA (this year it falls on Nobvember 19) There are many events;
usually up to five different story tellers. You may even be inspired to find a
story telling group in your area, or to start one?
