Just write as much as you want... Check out the Experiences section if you want
to read some older stories! If you write a longer story about one of your
experiences, we could also post that on those outer pages so people interested
in the HC can see that it works. And we also need some articles we can give to
newspapers and magazines to base stories upon, so if you like writing, just go
for it! You could also send your texts and stories directly to
info@hospitalityclub.org. Thanks for writing!!

P.S.: And if you have cool photos that could accompany any article, just upload
them to http://gallery.hospitalityclub.org

Hi all the good people around!

I spent a romantic weekend in Venice (alone). No it's not as strange as it
sounds. The city is so romantic and ful of art. I'm not a beliver in aliens and
weird things but its like I had a feeling about a presenc, wonderfuly loving
presence beeing with me all the time. It was stranege but so amazing.

Does anyone have a story like that?

My friend visited an old castel once, and talked about the same thing.

Just cheking to see I'm not going crazy ;)

Hello all:)
Some years ago in Dec.1996 I was travelling to USA, Miami with my son. It was my
first flight in a plane(very scary all these noises of the engine and of the
hydraulic..lol) and it was my first and only trip to USA.
We were living in the family of our friends there (no HC people but AOL
friends).
I got the second car of the family for driving arround in Miami..it was an old
Honda with less pressure in the tyres..lol..ok I bought a map too for finding
everything.. it was working well..I found the way to Miami Beach Oceandrive..I
was so happy.:-)

At the end of the first day..I drove back to our friends house..after a while
driving I got lost..I forgot the name of the street.( you know all streets there
only have numbers..terrible..my number memory is very bad lolol).
All I could remember was.. SW of Miami near Metro Zoo ...but most of the houses
were looking the same...some corners were looking the same..my heart started to
bump..lol.. because I heard about much crime in this area and saw signs about
that. Late evening and it was growing dark outside.....
After a while I found a small shop at a corner....I stopped the car and went
in...
In there the owner was a big black guy..I was very polite asking about the right
direction....he said ok and showed me the right way ...I said polite "Thanks"
.. but I wasn`t understanding because of his terrible slang..lol.
Outside I was going to read the name of the street on a sign to find my position
on the map....after a short minute I heard this black guy shouting at me from
the background:
" GO INTO YOUR CAR !!! ITS NOT AN AREA FOR A WHITE MAN HERE !!!"
I was really under shock..went into my car and drove away as fast as I
could..LOL...and....after one more hour I found the house of my friends.
I was so happy(REALLY HAPPY) to hear the voice of my son playing with the kids
of my friends. I opened the door..and I felt escaped and SAVE !! :-)

Chris :-)

I felt the same when I visited San Francisco (CA). I was also alone but I didn't
mind, that city has something that I can't explain... It's like happiness was in
the air. Like you said, spelakranjc, strange but amazing! I'm looking forward to
go there again.

Hi Veit,

Just thought I'd let you know that Frank and I are back in Australia now and I
am currently working on an "article" for you. We had such good times with very
nice hosts in all the countries that we went to - I feel that writing an article
is the very least I can do! I just hope it's not going to be too long! Thanks
for taking time out to catch up with us when we were in Dresden. When people
ask us about the "highlights" from our trip, mostly I feel that the highlights
come from spending time with the HC members that we met! Thanks again to
everyone! I'll be back in touch again soon.
Regards

Hi!!!!

I am really new here, just two months, since one friend of mine (via email),
from latvia speak me about, I begin to think and finally I was enjhoined two
months ago... Well, really I am so excited with the idea, I has four visits
from diferent points of the world!!!! Germany, México, Australia, and Cánada.
Well, honestly, I am joined too in other diferent place, with less people, and I
will have in my place more visits, at the moment, from Czech, from USA, from
Rusia, and from Costa Rica. Well, perhaps for you is just a few of countries
hehehe, but remember until April, I just was aroung Spanish people, so now, I am
knowing a lot of people and of course improving my english.

I was lucky!!! because my first visitors was very open mined and I was speaking
a lot, and well, they help to improve my horrible english heheheheehehehe. It's
really nice idea!!!!. You can speak of a lot of things of your country or your
ideas, the ways of live, about all the things!!!! And learn a lot of...

The problem, when they go out, you miss they!!!!! hehehehehehe... Well, this
weekend I will go to my next guests, thanks for this idea, and let me know, if I
can help!!!!
