hey dear party, meeting and hc event organisers!
 
as our poor and busy spam checkers still regulary have to take care of
personally sent massmailings for meeting invitations let me remind you that
there is a better option: read veit's sticky post about organising meetings
above and send your nicely written invitation text to
meetinginvitations@hospitalityclub.org , including some contact data and the
annoncement of the area in which you would like to see your event's invitation
being send around. 
this saves you time, makes sure every members get's his invitation and keeps the
spam checker's work as low as possible. i usually need some days in advance, so
please get yourself active two weeks before the meeting takes off. 
 
please note that your commercial event which needs some more spectators might be
an awesome party, but if it has nothing (or only a bit) to do with
HospitalityClub and it's ideas, you will fail at my high level of possible
ignorance ;-)). 
 
looking forward to reading from you - and honestly it's so much fun to broadcast
a invitation to peru, another one to colombo and a third one to a small germany
village close to where i grew up at the same evening - hc is rocking around the
world!

I've done it by myself for the HC meeting In Sarajevo this summer!! I guessed
you volonteers has so much work to do, so I decided to help you and write by
myself the messages.

I hope it will not be considered as a spam and because of that not forwarded!!!

You're all doing a great job, volonteers! Go on like this, and make this
wonderful dream which is HC a reality!

  you can be sure that your mails were forwarded to members but I also have to
say that you didn't save any work for volunteers. Actually in the contrary. So
please next time follow the advise of Simon.

Thanks a lot for your help with sending the messages to HC users from Moscow!
Our meeting (7-9 of July) was cool, we had almost 80 people on the first day.
Some HC users from Moscow Region were complaining because they haven't recieved
any messages, so I wanted to ask you if it's possible to send the invitations
not only to the members of the city but also to the members of a region the next
time? 

And you send messages 2 all HC members only for HC camps, right?
