recruit more members. HC cannot afford more memberships under the current dire
volunteers deficit.

Spam check/message forwarding and membership application screening are the
priorities. HC cannot be too concerned with 1 million mark if it cannot manage
responsibly its current half a million members.

Very simply, how do we become vols to spam check and membership screening?

But I have a feeling that whatever you write in this registration form - no one
will ever reply. 

Unfortunately, I have the same sinking feeling. I think Veit has abandoned the
ship.

Hack the website and start administering it ourselves. 
With Veit's loving care it will only keep rotting away anyways.

I decided to become a volunteer in summer 2008, around july I registrated myself
having filled the form on HC, but the thing that can work better is to send
personal message to Toniwalia, either to Tilman and express your wish to
volunteer for HC. It is working this way.

I got my "volunteership" in the end of august-beginning of sept =)

actially i've started administrating hc (for instance guide in kyiv) anyway what
i really need is to talk to volonteers in ukraine .i want to discover how are
the things. what are the needs.was there any meeting? sharing some
expirience.and the point is i couldn't contact any of them
