Hi! I'd like to add a picture to my profile, but I have no idea how to compress
a picture down to 30 KB! It must be something very simple, but I'm not that good
at informatics... Would someone make me the favour to compress a picture for me,
please? THANK YOU!

well you can use outlook express ( a program of microsoft windows for mails)
choice the pic and with Right click you click on: send to -> outlook express
so choice to decrease the dimention of the pic, you have at this point a mail
with the pic decreased around 30 40 kb its enough 45kb.
so you can drag and drop the attachment from the mail on the desktop.

It can be done with MS Paint fairly easily.

take me link to your photo in ICQ 293295248 and I'll compress and resize photo
for you.

You can send it to jorgen1977(a)yahoo.com , replace (a) with @. There are a
zillion ways to do this, you can e.g. use Picasa: http://picasa.google.com . But
no prob, I can do it for you.

the easest way is use paint program , go start , all program, accessories ,
paint ,open your immage and open icon of image in secction of strech/ skew you
can reduce the size of your immage by reducing 100% to for example 25% . try
till you can find the size you need. I hope you can do it by successfully.

there are programs to resize pictures online , without any programs. Just google
"resize online" and you will find many, for example:
